Brookwood School's Hot Lunch and Club Moo programs are optional programs run by volunteers.
- Hot Lunch is served one to three times per month.
- Club Moo usually runs twice a week (Monday & Thursday).
Session 2 (February 7, 2024 through June 21, 2024)
Lunches and milk are pre-ordered at www.brookwood.
- Milk will be delivered each Friday (provided there is school).
- Some Thursday deliveries may be possible to accomodate PD days for Kindergarten classes.
- Club Moo coordinators or Brookwood School office staff will not be able to assist with PayPal account issues.
- Brookwood School office staff will not be accepting milk orders and/or payments.
- Once online ordering is closed, no further orders for the session can be accepted.
Online Ordering Instructions:
- Go to www.brookwood.hotlunches.net
- Click on 'Click Here to Register'
- School Access Code: BHL (all caps)
- Set up your user id and password
- Follow the online instructions to order and pay
- This must be completed for each child in your family who attends Brookwood
- Click on 'Club Moo Milk Program'
- Place your order
*Please note: Usernames and passwords from prior school years will not work on the on line ordering site. If you were registered last year, you will need to re-register.
Organizers understand that not everyone may have internet access to use the online ordering system and/or may not have access to a credit card to pay for the order. To facilitate cash orders, there will be Club Moo Milk coordinator in the entrance of the school on Friday, January 25, 2024 from 1-3pm. We will be accepting exact cash only.
Note: Cheques, credit cards or debit transactions will NOT be accepted.
The closing date for online Session 2 orders is January 31, 2024 at 3 p.m. All payments and orders must be submitted and paid in full by this time in order to participate in the Club Moo for Session 1 of the 2023-2024 Brookwood School year.
Students MUST be registered in the Club Moo Program in order to receive milk.
