Lunch Program

Club Moo is ready to begin our first session for this school year, we hope you all had a wonderful summer. Club Moo is a program we offer once a week to Grades 1-4 students and alternating days for Kindergarten classes. We offer payment through online ordering and host one cash day (details further down). Please note that our program is optional; there is no obligation to participate.

To make it more convenient for you to purchase for Session 1, our Club Moo Milk program is available for purchase online at https://brookwood.hotlunches.net. Online orders can only be paid via PayPal ( www.PayPal.com ) which allows you to either pay with a credit card as a PayPal guest or using your own PayPal account which can be linked to your banking (e.g. checking) account.

ONLINE ORDERING WILL BE ACTIVE, SEPTEMBER 23RD - OCTOBER 4TH, 2024 at 3 pm!

We realize that not everyone may have internet access to the online ordering system and/or may not have access to a credit card to pay for the order. To facilitate cash orders, there will be Club Moo Milk coordinators in the entrance area of the school on Wednesday, September 25th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. We will be accepting EXACT CASH ONLY on this day. NO CHEQUES/CREDIT/DEBIT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

NOTE: The closing date for online Session 1 orders is OCTOBER 4TH, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. All payments and orders must be submitted and paid in full by this time to participate in the Club Moo Program for Session 1 of the 24/25 Brookwood School year. If not paid at this time, the order will be deleted.

NOTE: Your child must be registered in the Club Moo Program to receive milk

If you are a NEW or RETURNING STUDENT please follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://brookwood.hotlunches.net
2. If you have not yet registered for the 24/25 year ·, click on "Click Here to Register"
3. Enter Access Code BHL (all in caps)
4. Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address)
5. Click the " Register Now " button at the bottom
6. Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Brookwood School
7. Click on Club Moo Milk program
8. Proceed to the milk options for your child/children

Menu Options:

(NOTE: Each week your child will receive the same type of milk, no exceptions)

• Kindergarten both Mon/Weds, Tues/Thurs: $9.00 for the session
• Grades 1-4: $19.50 for the session

Please Note:

• The club Moo coordinator or office staff will not be able to assist with PayPal account issues. Should you experience any issues with your PayPal account, you must contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue.
• The office staff WILL NOT be accepting milk orders and/or payments. Do not send cash payments/orders to school with your child, we will not accept them. • Once online ordering is closed no further orders for the session can be accepted. There will be no exceptions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
